Arteria Capital Group Partners with the Second ESG Compass Congress

In today’s business landscape, it is hard to imagine responsible, industry-leading companies that do not prioritize sustainability and other ESG-related aspects in their daily operations.

At the Arteria Capital Group, one of our key goals is to operate in line with the spirit of ESG principles. For this reason, we were delighted to partner with the Second ESG Compass Congress.

The event’s main theme focused on regenerative business, with particular attention given to a discussion panel exploring how AI and new technologies can support a sustainable approach to business.

How does artificial intelligence impact the efficiency of reporting and data structuring? How can it be effectively integrated?

These and other topics were discussed by invited experts, including Bolesław Gidziński, the Managing Partner for Business Development and Technology at the Arteria Capital Group.

“It’s essential to remember that any transformation—whether implementing AI or embracing ESG as a mission—has both positive and negative impacts on people. Only by wisely managing these transitions can we collectively create a better future for all stakeholders,” said Bolesław during the event.

We are proud to have contributed to this event and shared our expertise with the congress participants.

Contact Center Provides 24/7 Hotline Support for a Leading Bank

Cashless transactions have long become a standard for many consumers. However, with this convenience comes the need to ensure proper security for payment cards—whether through insurance or the ability to act quickly when there is a risk of unauthorized access.

Contact Center, a company that is a part of the Arteria Capital Group, has launched a card-blocking assistance service for one of its banking partners. Recognizing the how important time is in such situations, the service guarantees a response time of no more than 20 minutes and is available 24/7.

Upon receiving a request from the card’s insurer via email, Contact Center consultants verify the accuracy of the submitted data, check the card type, and confirm through the bank partner’s customized internal application that the reported insurance is linked to the card in question.

Within the 20-minute timeframe, the requester is informed of a positive or negative verification. The entire process is conducted via email and has been designed to protect both customer and card data. Additionally, a specialized notification system has been implemented to ensure that the consumer will be provided with information as quickly, as possible.

While we hope that incidents involving credit cards remain rare for their owners, our Contact Center team is ready to provide full support whenever needed.

TrimTab Implements New Features for the mObywatel App

At Arteria Capital Group, we take pride in every project undertaken by our companies. However, certain initiatives stand out—particularly those used daily by millions of people in Poland. One such project was recently executed by TrimTab, an IT solutions provider within the Arteria Group.

This project involved integrating the CEIDG application with the mObywatel app, which, in its latest version, has been enhanced with a new feature tailored for entrepreneurs—Usługa Firma (Business Service).

This feature enables users to:

  • Download a CEIDG registration certificate in PDF format directly to their phone.
  • Share selected details (e.g., NIP or REGON) or complete invoice information through a channel chosen by the entrepreneur, such as SMS, email, or a messenger app.
  • Access and verify their sole proprietorship data for accuracy.

TrimTab was tasked with developing the CEIDG application’s API interface to facilitate seamless communication with the mObywatel app. Leveraging over 20 years of experience, TrimTab also delivered a set of architectural communication recommendations to ensure the app’s stability.

“Advancing digital services for entrepreneurs is essential for enhancing the competitiveness of our businesses. Quick and convenient access to information about business operations is one of the core responsibilities of state administration, which exists to support and serve the business community,” said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitization, Krzysztof Gawkowski.

One particularly useful feature for many entrepreneurs is the ability to quickly download and present their registration certificate to other entities.

We extend our gratitude to the Central IT Center and the Ministry of Digitization for entrusting this project to TrimTab, and to Jarosław Pyszkowski, Deputy Director of the Digital Economy Department, for recognizing our contribution. Such acknowledgments are not only a pleasant gesture but also a powerful motivation for our continued work.

The candidates had were required to have fluency in both Afrikaans and English. While this was a challenging task, leveraging our expertise in delivering tailored solutions to meet client-specific requirements, we successfully rose to the occasion.

Given the processing of sensitive data within this project, the highest security standards were implemented to protect the information handled by our consultants.
