As outlined in the press release issued by the Polish Press Agency, The Medical Assistance Platform has already helped more than 6.5 thousand people!

 

What is also worth noting, is that 120 people were able to speak to a consultant in one of four languages, other than Polish, and there were 9 people who received assistance using sign language.

 

The Medical Assistance Teleplatform is a service, the first of its kind in Poland, that addresses the needs of patients, who require a basic medical phone consultation, outside of operating hours of medical clinics.

 

We are delighted and proud, that although the project has just commenced, Arteria Contact Center, an integral part of this project – has already managed to help so many people.
