Arteria - Contact Centre plays a fundamental role in The Polish National Fund's new, first of its kind in Poland service


As outlined in the CCNews Article, The Polish National Health Fund has launched a new, toll-free medical helpline – The Medical Assistance Teleplatform. This service, the first of its kind in Poland, addresses the needs of patients, who require a basic medical phone consultation, outside of operating hours of medical clinics.


Those in need of medical assistance, can speak to doctors and nurses in Polish, Russian, English and Ukrainian. The helpline also provides support to patients using sign language.


We are extremely proud that Arteria – Contact Centre has been chosen as the integral part of this National Health Fund project, aimed at improving people’s lives, and that it only took us 24 hours to launch this service.
