We are pleased to announce the completion of one of the key stages of this year’s edition of the Polish Contact Center Awards – the most prestigious competition in the customer experience industry in Poland. The jury has completed the individual evaluation of submissions, marking an important milestone in the overall competition process and bringing participants closer to the announcement of nominations.
This stage requires a high level of commitment, expert knowledge, and in-depth analysis of the submitted projects. Each entry undergoes a detailed assessment that covers both strategic and operational aspects, which is why the competition has been setting quality standards in the contact center industry for years.
Our participation – three areas, one philosophy
In this year’s edition of the Polish Contact Center Awards, the Arteria Customer Experience division is participating as a contestant, submitting its projects in three categories:
- Best partnership (where Arteria CX Contact Center competes jointly with Trimtab),
- Best team of consultants,
- Best department or project manager.
Each submission represents a different key area of our operations. However, the common denominator across all initiatives remains the same: people, their competencies, commitment, and the relationships they build every day.
In the area of partnership, we focus on the long-term development of solutions and building value together with our business partners. The consultants’ team submission is an acknowledgment of the everyday work of individuals who are directly responsible for customer experience and service quality. The third category – best manager – highlights the role of leaders who inspire, set the direction, and support the growth in their teams.
People and relationships are at the heart of our organization
At Arteria Customer Experience and across the entire Arteria S.A. Capital Group, we have consistently emphasized for years that people are the foundation of organizational success. Their knowledge, attitudes, and commitment translate directly into service quality and the durability of relationships with clients and partners.
Building an organizational culture based on collaboration, trust, and responsibility is a long-term process, which is reflected in the projects submitted to the competition. Each of them demonstrates how we translate our organizational values into concrete actions and measurable results.
Our contribution to industry development – participation in the Jury
This year’s edition of the competition is also a source of pride for us due to our involvement in the Jury’s work. Kamila Szuba, Head of Operations in the Arteria Customer Experience division, is once again participating in the evaluation of submissions.
Her professional journey – from consultant to operational leader – provides a unique perspective, combining frontline experience with a broad strategic outlook. This combination of practical knowledge and expertise brings significant value to the evaluation process and the selection of best market practices.
An intensive evaluation period and high competition standards
The past weeks have been a period of intensive work for the Jury – detailed analysis of submissions and evaluation of competition presentations. This stage largely determines the overall level of the competition and influences the quality of the selected winners.
The high standards of evaluation ensure that the Polish Contact Center Awards remain one of the most important benchmarks for companies operating in the customer service and customer experience industries.
More than a competition – a space for sharing experience
We see participation in the Polish Contact Center Awards as more than just competition. Above all, it is an opportunity to share experiences, inspire one another, and collectively raise industry standards.
Being part of this environment allows us not only to present our own achievements but also to draw from the best market practices and further develop our approach to designing customer experiences.
Looking ahead to the next stages
We are eagerly awaiting the announcement of nominees and the next stages of the competition. Regardless of the outcome, participation in this process is already a valuable experience for us and a confirmation that the direction we have chosen as an organization holds real value.
