Family Picnic for Children’s Day – Celebrating Together at Arteria Capital Group

June 1st is a special date in the calendar – a day dedicated to children, but also a perfect occasion to strengthen bonds within the wider family community. This year, we decided to celebrate it in an extraordinary way. As a strategic partnerArteria Capital Group supported the organization of a family picnic prepared by ManagerBusinessHub, inviting our employees and their loved ones to share in the festivities.

A Program for Everyone
The event’s agenda was carefully designed to ensure that participants of all ages could enjoy themselves. For the youngest guests, a dedicated play zone full of inflatable attractions was prepared, alongside creative art workshops, and outdoor games and activities that provided joy and plenty of laughter. Older children and teenagers had the chance to take part in a range of sports activities and group animations, encouraging active participation and fun.

Adults were not forgotten either – for those whose “inner child” is mostly symbolic, we offered friendly sports competitions, team activities, and numerous surprises, creating a true family celebration atmosphere for everyone in attendance.

Collaboration Across the Group
The picnic was made possible thanks to the joint efforts of teams from across our Group – Contact Center sp. z o.o., Trimtab, Sellpoint sp. z o.o., Arteria Logistics sp. z o.o., and Polymus. Their contributions turned the picnic into more than just a recreational gathering; it became an inspiring example of synergy within Arteria Capital Group, where diverse skills and engagement combined to create collective success.

Work-Life Balance as a Core Value
Initiatives like this are extremely important to us. At Arteria, we believe that work-life balance and strong relationships are the foundation of a powerful organizational culture. We want our employees and their families to feel like part of a community that values both professionalism and everyday human connections.

Thank You for Being Part of This Day
We extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us – your presence turned this picnic into not only a successful event, but also a beautiful reminder of the importance of time spent together. We are already looking forward with enthusiasm to upcoming projects and initiatives that will offer more opportunities to connect in the same friendly and family-oriented spirit.

Arteria Capital Group Partners with the Second ESG Compass Congress

In today’s business landscape, it is hard to imagine responsible, industry-leading companies that do not prioritize sustainability and other ESG-related aspects in their daily operations.

At the Arteria Capital Group, one of our key goals is to operate in line with the spirit of ESG principles. For this reason, we were delighted to partner with the Second ESG Compass Congress.

The event’s main theme focused on regenerative business, with particular attention given to a discussion panel exploring how AI and new technologies can support a sustainable approach to business.

How does artificial intelligence impact the efficiency of reporting and data structuring? How can it be effectively integrated?

These and other topics were discussed by invited experts, including Bolesław Gidziński, the Managing Partner for Business Development and Technology at the Arteria Capital Group.

“It’s essential to remember that any transformation—whether implementing AI or embracing ESG as a mission—has both positive and negative impacts on people. Only by wisely managing these transitions can we collectively create a better future for all stakeholders,” said Bolesław during the event.

We are proud to have contributed to this event and shared our expertise with the congress participants.
