An exceptional event is now behind us, one that will remain in the memory of the IT industry for a long time. On March 26, the Museum of Polish History at the Warsaw Citadel became the venue for one of the most important galas of the season – the HP Partner Excellence Award. The event was comprehensively organised by Polymus, an agency that is a member of our Group.
An event refined in every detail
Organizing a gala of this scale is an undertaking in which every element must be planned and executed with the highest precision. This year’s edition was created under the slogan “Nothing Is Impossible!”, reflected both in the script and in the event’s dynamic format.
Polymus was responsible for the full concept and execution of the event – from developing the scenario, through production, to coordinating all elements on-site. The result was a cohesive, engaging narrative that guided participants through each stage of the event.
A museum as a space for unique experiences
The monumental interiors of the Museum of Polish History created a unique setting for the gala, which took the form of a dynamic “special operation” inspired by the aesthetics of Hollywood productions.
The space was designed to build tension and engage participants throughout the event. Dynamic scenographic changes, unexpected twists, and carefully crafted audiovisual design turned the gala into an experience that went beyond standard industry events.
Top partners and distinguished guests
The highlight of the evening was the announcement and recognition of HP’s top partners, who stood out for their achievements over the past year.
A special guest also appeared on stage – Szymon Marciniak, who this time played the role of a representative of the Modern Area Speakers Agency.
Technology and emotion in one project
The HP Partner Excellence Award is an event that surprises each year with a new concept and a high level of execution. This year’s edition combined dynamic storytelling, modern technologies, and interactive experiences.
Participants also had the opportunity to explore HP technologies in a demo room prepared by Polymus, merging the inspirational aspect of the event with a practical dimension.
