At Arteria Capital Group, we take pride in every project undertaken by our companies. However, certain initiatives stand out—particularly those used daily by millions of people in Poland. One such project was recently executed by TrimTab, an IT solutions provider within the Arteria Group.
This project involved integrating the CEIDG application with the mObywatel app, which, in its latest version, has been enhanced with a new feature tailored for entrepreneurs—Usługa Firma (Business Service).
This feature enables users to:
- Download a CEIDG registration certificate in PDF format directly to their phone.
- Share selected details (e.g., NIP or REGON) or complete invoice information through a channel chosen by the entrepreneur, such as SMS, email, or a messenger app.
- Access and verify their sole proprietorship data for accuracy.
TrimTab was tasked with developing the CEIDG application’s API interface to facilitate seamless communication with the mObywatel app. Leveraging over 20 years of experience, TrimTab also delivered a set of architectural communication recommendations to ensure the app’s stability.
“Advancing digital services for entrepreneurs is essential for enhancing the competitiveness of our businesses. Quick and convenient access to information about business operations is one of the core responsibilities of state administration, which exists to support and serve the business community,” said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitization, Krzysztof Gawkowski.
One particularly useful feature for many entrepreneurs is the ability to quickly download and present their registration certificate to other entities.
We extend our gratitude to the Central IT Center and the Ministry of Digitization for entrusting this project to TrimTab, and to Jarosław Pyszkowski, Deputy Director of the Digital Economy Department, for recognizing our contribution. Such acknowledgments are not only a pleasant gesture but also a powerful motivation for our continued work.
