The Polish Business Development Agency's helpline sees an increase in traffic


As outlined in the CC News article, PARP (The Polish Business Development Agency) saw a tremendous increase in the amount of inbound traffic. As a result, our Arteria Contact Centre consultants assigned to this project, had to deal with 300 inquiries a day, which amounted to nearly 20,000 calls in the first quarter of 2021. Despite the increase in traffic, PARP clients are still satisfied with the level of service and professionalism provided by the helpline..
